A kitchen open to the TV lounge and terrace. At the same level two rooms with for each one, a bathroom. One bedroom is equipped with a 200 * 200 King size bed and the second with a 155 * 190 Queen size bed.

The master bedroom is located upstairs, it is equipped with a large 200 * 200 King Size bed, a TV, and a jacuzzi bath. These three bedrooms are air conditioned and all equipped with large closets and wardrobes.

The fourth bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, bedside tables, a storage cabinet, and floor fan, no air conditioning. It is more of a room for child, teenager or young adult.

The residence is very well maintained, has a large swimming pool, sunbeds, a garden and parking.

Precision - Two-level apartment. Which means you are located on the second and third floor of the building.

Rules of the hotel,

~ In order to access the hotel, it is mandatory to wear a bracelet with the identification of the unit in which you are staying on your wrist or a visible place.

~ We make your knowledge that it is forbidden to consume own drinks in the pool area, all drinks to consume should be exclusive to the trench bar.

~ It is forbidden to use horns both in the external and internal area, if found with such an instrument will be seized and will be returned to its owner upon departure from the hotel.

~ It is totally forbidden to bring and consume hookah on the property, anyone who is caught using this will be expelled from the hotel, since law no.16-19 prohibits its use in both public and private spaces.

~ For courtesy we do not require credit or debit card for the guarantee of the damages, therefore they are responsible for the apartment remains in perfect condition.

~ It is forbidden to take the white towels out of the apt.

~ Pool towels are for exclusive use within the hotel.

~ It is forbidden to bring street companions who offer sexual services.

~ In case of bringing pets, it is forbidden to leave them alone in the apt.

~ Visitors can only enter the lobby, not the apartments.

Any violation of any of the above points will result in payment of a fine of 300USD. This amount will be your responsibility. We count on your cooperation and understanding.

For your information:

Included in the Price for 9 days: Free Internet Wifi, housekeeping entry exit and one time in the middle of your stay with change of bed linen and towels. Gardener and pool maintenance.

Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your charge during your stay. We check the meter on arrival and departure. Only your consumption in Kilo Watt is invoiced to you at the legal rate in force in the village. This sum is cover in cash the day you leave the house. The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD.

A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or loss of the key, we will ask you to pay 150 USD for changing the safe.

We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes, and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of everyone.
