This beautiful apartment with communal pool is located in the city of Las Palmas and is ideal if you want to have all kinds of stores and services nearby. With capacity for 4 people, designed for couples, families and business trips, with 3 spacious bedrooms. A few minutes drive from the beaches of Las Canteras and Alcaravaneras, with El Corte Ingles, the CC 7 Palmas, the Gran Canaria Stadium and the Gran Canaria Arena within walking distance of the house and with all amenities.
