The building is fully renovated with stainless steel new appliances and dual refrigerated air mini splits, one in the living room, and one in the bedroom. The décor is unique and will make you feel like you are home away from home.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of New Mexico State University. You'll find features like a hot tub. A kitchen and a fireplace are available in the vacation home.

Great Little House
The house is small and cozy. It has everything you need, plus the bonus of a hot tub. It's close to the college and old town was fun to visit.

The place was just as advertised online! Nice little cottage to house us for a couple days as we explored the area. The home was clean and cozy and every question I had was answered in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend this home to renters!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very charming and perfect for what we needed. I do have to mention that we were not aware that it was near train tracks. The first night was a little difficult to fall asleep because we could hear the train. The 2nd night we got a little used to it and was able to fall asleep. Other than that, the place was very clean and comfortable.

Really enjoyed my stay. Unit is clean, quaint, and comfortable; perfect for single or couple. Kitchen is well-equipped and stocked with basics. The private hot tub is a big plus. Quiet neighborhood with character is convenient to NMSU. Host is very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.
