Got to the hotel at 230. Asked if we could check in. We got checked in but had to wait about 30 minutes for the room. Get to the room and it is the wrong room! Go back downstairs and we are told they will fix it and after an hour we are give the keys to the right room. We get to the room and it is dirty. By this time it is 415 and my daughter is to get married at 530. The only person at the hotel that was kind and tried to make it up was the cleaning lady she was so accommodating and the desk staff apologized but no incentive to attempt to make it better was given! Very disappointing experience!!!!

I loved the way it was decorated! I have a design background and purposefully chose that hotel based on the photos. All the other uninspired hotels in the area look the same. The ambience and the staff were delightful!

I usually love this property but me and my baby needed a quick place to stay and the first night, we got sick! After about 2 nights I noticed athletes foot on myself and the baby(this is the only hotel I trusted to walk without shoes in because it was always been the cleanest). The worst thing was the nails holding the carpet in kept stabbing us in the foot and it blended in so well that we couldnt even mark it with tape for the baby. I've never had an experience like this and I hope I never will again!

The stay was quiet and comfortable. The room was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, when you could reach them. But the breakfast was not good, especially the bananas which were awful. On Sunday morning around 10am I tried to call housekeeping three times but the phone just rang and rang so I gave up and tried to call the front desk, that phone just rang and rang as well.
