This wasn't clear to me but this is a small apartment with 4 bedrooms, each of which is rented separately. There is only one bathroom with a shower, the other is just a toilet with a sink.
My stay was a nightmare.
Easyjet cancelled my original flight and before re-booking I checked with City Comfort Rooms that I could get the same room for an extra 2 nights. They said that would be fine but when I made my booking they put me in another room. After a few messages they said that I'd be in room 1 for my whole stay.
The email regarding getting in could be clearer. It's not clear that you have to find apartment 22 and then the room in apartment 22.
I was booked from the 18th to the 27th. When I came back to the apartment on the 24th, there was a couple having the same issues as me finding the apartment and room 1! City Comfort had booked someone into the room I was supposed to be in till the 27th! Lucky for me they hadn't worked out how to get into the apartment, so I went in.
When I got into the room the cleaners had been and things that had been left out were gone - some clothes, my beach shoes, my toiletries, my electric razor, my tablet and 2 chargers. Luckily they hadn't looked in the drawers so most of my clothes were still there.
I eventually got my razor, toiletries, tablet and chargers back (the next day) but the other things had been thrown away.
I'm still waiting for them to get back to me about compensation.
Not a good stay and I wouldn't recommend them.
