Clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was just OK, The entire property has been upgraded/refurbished, except the bathrooms — the bathtubs have been resurfaced but ours had half of the resurfacing chipped off and missing.

There was mold is the shower curtain and the walls. The tub is a step higher therefore the tub felt like u were sinking in the middle. The mattress was if u are sinking in the middle as well. Need a clean and get new mattress. Good front service!

I paid extra for this hotel because of the promised free breakfast. However, upon check in was told that they had "some issue" so that only coffee would be served. Also, went to wash my hands in the rooms bathroom sink, only to have the water not drain.

The tub was really dirty; (gross),I took pictures of it and showed them to front desk agent, but she was not accommodating at all; I even asked her for a brush and household cleaners to clean it my self but she didn’t provide them to me. She was the same agent that checked me in; I asked to document it for the manager to be aware and to compensate me for it but apparently she didn’t do anything, because the next day I checked out early about 6:00 am and the agent who checked me out could read anything about my experience, even him the agent at check out wasn’t accommodating at all and both agents seemed careless. Very disappointed about this property.
