NEW 4 Bedroom 4 Bath Waterfront Home Sleeps 14!

Summary:
Enjoy your time with up to 14 people at this beautiful stylish home. With 4 bedrooms, game room, garage & 2 living rooms there is plenty of space to spread out & relax. Spend some outdoor time in the hot tub while watching the outdoor television, use the 2 kayaks or peddle boat to venture onto the water, take the fishing poles out & see what you can catch, enjoy some private beach time or play a game of volleyball. Use the firepit to enjoy a bonfire or sit on the deck & just take in the view!

The Space:
When you enter the home you will walk into an open concept including the dining room, living room and kitchen. Upstairs consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and a Laundry Room.
- Master Bedroom includes a King Size Bed, a Twin Size Daybed with a Trundle and in the closet there is a Queen size blow up mattress and a child pack n play.
- 2nd Bedroom includes a Queen size Bed and a small futon couch
- 3rd Bedroom includes a King Size Bed, a Twin size daybed with a Twin size trundle
- 4th Bedroom includes Twin size bunk beds, a small futon and a Japanese mattress in the hideaway area behind the leaf curtains
The Lower Level includes a Full Bathroom with Shower, the second living room with access to the patio with Hot Tub. The Game room is also located in the lower level and includes 2 full size daybeds with twin size trundles, Air Hockey, Pac-Man table arcade, Stand up Simpsons Arcade with over 4000 games, A chalkboard wall for drawing and a chalboard wall above the bar for even more games like Hangman etc and board games are located on the shelves.
The Garage area is a great space for hanging out, There is a chalkboard wall, darts, Ping Pong, Bar area, Flat Screen TV, and a Poker Table. You can also find the life vests and fishing poles for the water in the corner as well. We have Folding tables with chairs for additional seating. There is an electric heater in the garage for use in the winter months.
The Outdoor space includes a deck with an umbrella table and seating, a grill for eating outdoors and a hot tub with outdoor tv. You can play games like corn hole in the back yard or a game of beach volleyball on the full size sand court. We have two kayaks and a peddle boat that we require the use of provided life vests while using. You can also go fishing and see what you can catch! If you follow the sand path it will take you to a point that has a beautiful view of the waterfront.

We do ask that our guests do not put up any type of tents or RVs at the property. All sleeping must be done inside of the home.

Guest Access:
We give guests full access to the home including the garage and hot tub. There are no time restrictions but there are noise restrictions from 10 PM to 8 AM.
You will have access to the home starting at 4 PM on the day of check in until 10 AM on the day of checkout. We allow up to 4 cars or trucks at the property at a time.

The Neighborhood:
We are within walking distance to the McClaren Lapeer Hospital and about a mile from downtown and all of the restaurants you can handle!

Other Things to Note:
This home is in a residential neighborhood with some restrictions.
- No More than 4 cars or trucks at the property at any given time, we share a private road to the home with a neighbor and this is a mandatory restriction.
- No sleeping outside of the home. No tents are allowed up on the property at any time for any reason
- No large parties, we have a maximum of 14 people permitted to stay at any given time.
- If pets are permitted for any reason with owners approval ahead of time then the pets must be on a leash at all times while outside of the home.
