Basic for the cost.
A basic stay, didnt like the remnants pet hair and smell in the room. One of the reasons we like Homewood Suites is for the breakfast included, however the kitchenette area was under construction so the breakfast really sucked.

Could use new house cleaning
The room looked great when we arrived. The. We went to take showers and there was no hot water. We had to switch rooms. The bedding in the 2nd for the pullout was disgusting. Next night we came back to the room and one of the air conditioners were not working. Went down for breakfast and water was leaking from the ceiling right onto the island that they serviced the food from.

Upon arrival was greeted pleasantly by front desk and area looks clean and nice. Got keys and were told pool was down after that was the main reason Mer chose this hotel and had called vegire booking to be sure it was up and running based on reviews. SO mad for the children!! Our room looked big and nice at first glance but smelled of smoke. We booked nonsmoking. The floors were sticky dirty withy visible dirt along kitchen baseboards that could easily be cleaned. Dishes is duseasher had rice and food on them. Pull out couch had a stain and a leftover Kleenex and Gatorade lid.

For the price of this hotel I expected a lot more. The breakfast only had old apples as far as fruit so that was disappointing. We booked this hotel for the pool and it was out of order so we walked to a chain hotel where the pool size was a joke. I will never stay here again and I would never refer this hotel to anyone.

Shower pressure was weak and shower head impossible to rotate. Body wash container was empty in the shower. Sofa was very spotted/dirty. My wife refused to sit on the sofa.

The pullout bed had dirty sheets on and the mattress had a stain The young lady at the desk was very helpful in getting us new sheets and blankets for the the pullout Breakfast was nice but the person hanfing the good area was very nice but smelled of BO Just not as good as usually for a Homewood suites

This hotel was ok. The pool was under repair. I think the hotel has a management problem. Housekeeping was so so. The breakfast ran out of food and wasn't replaced. The dishwasher was full with dishes.
