Comfortable for a short stay
This apartment is clean and well located to access Cornell/Ithaca. The couches and seats in the living area are comfortable yet a bit worn. The tenants upstairs are quiet, but you can hear them when they walk around. All in all, it was fine for our 2-night stay.

The apartment is located in the downstairs of a split level house with family living upstairs. It was in a lovely quiet neighborhood, about 7 miles from downtown Ithaca. The entrance in the back of the house was easily accessed but if you have a family member with mobility issues this might be a problem. It was clean and there was a lovely welcome basket full of snacks, coffee pods and a bottle of wine. The single beds were fairly uncomfortable but the queen bed was fine. Furniture was dated but for us that wasn't an issue as we aren't that picky. All in all, it was a place we would use again if we needed a place to stay in Ithaca NY.
Stayed 4 nights in May 2024
