Alarm went on at around 1:15 am and everyone got outside. Not much staff to help or explain. Tried to discuss at tcheck out, unfriendly person at the counter barely spike and address the situation. I asked about policies in these situations or compensasion, he said no.

This is a really convenient location close to the hwy and driving distance to Vancouver. Kids loved the pool and slide and it was nice to have breakfast in the morning. This location is a bit dated but other than that it was a nice stay with no issues .

Hot tub was perfect after a ling drive. Open until 9pm with a waterslide. Beds were nice. The room itself was roomy and so grateful they allowed my two cats to stay with me. The front desk lady was fantastic! She was super friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was great as well.

The only thing we wanted to suggest is maybe having breakfast available into 10-10:30. If people travelling or out later at events stopping breakfast at 9 is early.

The girl at the front desk in the evening was excellent. She helped us most nights we were there to find places to eat and was just a very cheerful person. Little disappointed in housekeeping as they missed our room at least two of the four days we were there. The front desk lady gave us some TP we were running low on. Other than that our stay was very comfortable.

Hotel is conveniently located near a freeway exit. Pleasant and efficient staff members. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. Breakfast was included and it was good. No additional charges for parking or internet.

Staff are wonderful. Very polite, excellent and professional service from every single staff member. Building and rooms are outdated and in need of some upkeep and repairs; stained carpets, small dings and holes in walls, pool area in need of cosmetic repairs to painted walls, etc. Lastly, Wifi is not reliable.

Even though it is an older building the staff keep it clean and presentable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I would stay there again with no hesitation.

The Hotel and room was really clean and looks updated. We enjoyed the amazing hot breakfast. Check in and out was very easy and we love the pool with the slide and hot tub after a long day of driving. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was easy to find, and despite being close to hiway 1 was very quiet. The hotel parking lot was well lit and safe. The lady checking us is in was very nice, as was all the staff. The room was clean, and the beds comfortable. The complementary breakfast was very good with enough variety for our group. I would stay there again.
