One star just because the staff was polite other wise it was zero no comfort . Washroom seat was blocked already and even the sink was weird . Ac was making weird noises . It was all old and shabby it needs a serious repair. We asked for someone to fix the toilet and they said nobody was available and gave us a plunger to do it on our own . I paid almost 200 dollars for an unforgettable uncomfortable stay .

Bed Bugs!
We got a free upgrade to a suite, which was cool. Not so cool when we found the following day at lunch that our son (who slept in the bed near the door) had multiple bed bug bites all over him. 14 total at last count. We only stayed the 1 night, and we will never stay here again. Previous reviews listed bed bug incidents in 313 and 312, and you can add 311 (our room) to the list. We have taken photos of the bites, but I'll spare you having to see them here. Just don't stay here. There were other issues (bathroom dirty, pool looked gross, the hot breakfast was lackluster), but all of that I can deal with for 1 night.
