We enjoyed our stay, Dina at the front desk was wonderful, cheery and very polite. Katie was very personable and polite and took care of the problem in our room with the electric curtain. The only thing we were not confirmed and told was about that we had to ask as guests for our room to be cleaned each day we stayed. The wet towels piled up in the bathroom and having a handicap person staying that was the only problem we encountered. In the pool room I noticed while swimming that there was not an AED machine in the pool room for emergencies. We noticed during breakfast that started at 7am through 10am. It was around 9am and they were running out of food. So it meant if you didn't wake up early then you didn't get a chance to have a breakfast. When asked if they had anymore pancake mix for the machine they checked and the staff said no the mix is done and they don't refill. So on that particular day there was no egg omelettes left, nor bacon, and pancakes. The only choices you had was oatmeal, cereal, and 3 english muffins. It just so happened we were not the only family coming down late for breakfast. Overall, my stay wa a pleasant one for being a first time customer at the Tru by Hilton.

extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your facility. This was my second time visiting this location, with the first visit being over a year ago. Unfortunately, I must say that the quality of service and experience has significantly declined since then. During our stay, my family and I encountered several issues that made our stay unpleasant and frankly unacceptable. Firstly, there were individuals running up and down the hallways (multiple times throughout the night), which posed a serious safety risk to my husband and toddler. This behavior was not only disruptive but also dangerous, almost knocked my husband over while holding our daughter. Furthermore, we had to endure excessive noise coming from the room above us at 3 AM, which disrupted our sleep and left us exhausted throughout our stay. Despite contacting management, the noise persisted, and it greatly affected our overall experience. Additionally, the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility were subpar. Throughout our two-night stay, we noticed boxes of food and drinks left outside various guests' doors for extended periods, creating a messy and unsanitary environment. This lack of cleanliness was disappointing and unexpected from your establishment. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with the decline in standards at your facility since my last visit. Our recent experience has left a lasting negative impression.

Because it is adjacent to a major road, the sound of cars passing by is very loud. Room service was not good The water flowed out of the shower so much that it was uncomfortable. Breakfast food is not good
