We had a suite on the first floor room 108 and it had a back door that faced the parking lot that had no lock on it and it was nailed shut! Room had a cold breeze because of it. Did not feel safe had to move the sofa bed to make sure the door stayed completely shut!

This hotel is definitely in need of an update. Room was dated, the bed pillows were not normal pillow shaped, but throw pillows. The tub was stained, grout was dirty in bathroom. Hairs were stuck in bed pillows. I would choose a different hotel next time.

I chose this hotel because it's close to where my husband works although he was surprised that there was no elevator. He said the breakfast was good and the room was nice.

The building is old, walls are thin, doors bang loudly when closed. Could not get a good nights sleep due to all the noise of people in and out. It was a constant door slamming. Breakfast was terrible. Out of yogurt both mornings, very little other choices

The staff was very nice. Our room (130) had the most disgusting chair. It was threadbare, dirty and had white????? Substance dried, caked and running down the side. It really needs to be removed from the room whether there is a replacement for it or not. It was also convenient to have parking close by.

Foremost, you can make sure that the bathroom doesn't have a full horizontal crack across the shower, black flies, and a sink that clogs and remains clogged for up to 24 hours. Second, ignoring a room service sign hanging on outside of door that stated "request room service" for 4 hours doesn't help matters either. I left at 9:30am with a note of things to do/fix, and a generous $40 tip, and I went out, and came back to room by 1:30pm and nothing was done and tip still there (very sad). I had to personally find cleaning staff to get clean towels each day for 3 days. Also, the room had bad body odor throughout stay and upon arrival TV didn't work and there was no operable outlet at business table/chair for computer. I had to use an ironing board near the bathroom where an outlet was to conduct a business meeting. Otherwise, the waffle I had was okay. I should get a refund for 1 night or some kind of credit.

The room was nice and clean, but plain. The room i was in (139) was near the side door, so it was quitw noisy at times. Over stay was great.
