I was not to arrive late Thursday to find the elevator was out of commission and expected to be working until early December. I have a brace on my ankle and carry my bags up and down the stairs was difficult for me. Otherwise the staff were nice and the room was clean.

This property was extremely clean! No smells of any kind. That’s important to me as I have sensitive allergies. Harsh cleaning smells will set me off. None of that, it was perfect! The breakfast had many options! It was a busy property due to all the bus trips coming to the area. But with that said, it was a very quiet stay!!! No complaints!! Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for two nights, everything was clean and in working condition. Everyone at the desk was nice a polite. It is a little confusing to find just because it sits back off the main road a little. Would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately the staff denied our children a muffin or bagel 10 minutes after the buffet breakfast cut off , we were late to get kids down by 9:30 am on Sunday . There was no reason, an easy fix grab the prepackaged muffin and be done . Extremely disappointed in the lack of consideration knowing it was an easy fix and we had no other options for over a hour . There are too many choices to spend money with a brand /hotel that does not vaule their guest. Rooms need a deep clean , headboards are filthy.

Enjoyable
The room was very clean. Staff was helpful. The only problem I had was that there were not enough safety bars in the tub. The only bar was as you entered the tub, but when the shower was on there were none where you would stand. As an older person I had to hold on to the soap bar so I wouldn't slip. This should really be addressed.
