Low staffed

Hotel is low staffed. We had to go down to the desk to get bedding for pull out couch. Price should have reflected less device.

it was very close to shopping, restaurants and local attractions. The pool was a really nice feature for the kids to enjoy and pass time, and you can never go wrong with a complimentary breakfast with a waffle station. The hotel was very clean, the king size room was very big and the staff was lovely.

Clean, easy stay

Overall it was okay. Mostly clean, breakfast was okay but there wasn’t enough seating so we had to cram together around the computer. Seemed like the staff didn’t care to offer an extra chair or anything which is fine but since they asked for a review, just keeping it honest. Pillows were terrible but overall for the price and location it was good.

Our Comfort Suite hotel did not make the bed. We had to ask for clean towels and there is a sneaky safe charge tacked onto the bill that is not voluntarily disclosed.

Stayed 2 nights and breakfast was not great. Scrambled eggs and sausage both days. Also elevator was out of service. Bed was super comfortable. HVAC ran quietly and kept us toasty.

Great once you're there!

The hotel itself, everyone was very friendly, place was clean, quiet, organized and spacious. The only complaint is the entrance off the highway. Very poorly lit, the island in the road needs reflectors as we ran over it. It was too dark! Hotel sign too low. Otherwise thank you for the lovely stay, breakfast was wonderful.

I was not to arrive late Thursday to find the elevator was out of commission and expected to be working until early December. I have a brace on my ankle and carry my bags up and down the stairs was difficult for me. Otherwise the staff were nice and the room was clean.
