With lake access a 1/2 mile away & a mile from Lakewood Beach, you are so close to all the major shopping and great dining on Fairmount Avenue. Located 30 minutes from ski resort Peak N Peek & 50 minutes from Holiday Valley, spend days exploring one of the historic towns nearby, including the Chautauqua Institution. This house has everything you need for a quick getaway or an extended stay.

The living room features a 50-inch Roku Smart TV, an electric fireplace, and a sectional couch with a pullout bed for two.

If you don't feel like breaking the bank by eating out every night, the kitchen has an air fryer, Instant Pot, VitaMix, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cold brew, and more.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and TV while the guest bedroom has a triple bunk bed for all the kids!

The backyard features a full size deck to enjoy a nice summer night while watching the kids play Paddle Ball and run around in the backyard. Roast some marshmallows and sit around the fire pit while telling stories with the family. In the winter, bring your snow boots and head on over to Peek'n Peak resort just a 30-minute drive away. Or you can hang out in the yard and build a snowman, snow fort, or have a snow ball fight.

We are pet friendly, and there is a $40 pet fee to bring your pets.

Guests will have full and exclusive access to the home and surrounding property.

The birthplace of Southern Tier Brewing Company, this home away from home is just a 10-minute drive to historic downtown Jamestown, the home of Lucille Ball and the Lucille Ball Desi Arnaz Museum, the National Comedy Center, and Northwest Arena. Buffalo is just over an hour's drive, and Niagara Falls is a one hour, 45-minute drive. Presque Isle Downs and Casino in Erie, PA is a 40-minute drive, and Lake Erie Speedway is just a 30-minute drive. Towns such as Fredonia, Bemus Point, Mayville, and more are just short drives (or boat rides, along with snowmobile rides in the winter, across Lake Chautauqua). And of course, the famous Chautauqua Institution is just a hop, skip, and a jump away!
