I was given the wrong room only to get the run around and my problem was never corrected Also the toliet in my room was mabe 12 inces high Being a senior this created an uncomfortable experience

All around a good time. Not a long wait. The room was nice, everything was there that i purchased. Dinner and breakfast were good Nice gift shop. We went January so it was cold but gonna try in the summer.

Nice Experience
The resort is nice. The location is in a semi-remote area there are ALOT of deers. To utilize all activities, summer stays might be best. To just cuddle up all day in the room then any season would be enjoyable. The sauna room heat didn't work, so 4 stars.

I imagine this was going to be a very interesting but it was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced i never got my room after waiting for 5 hours because the hotel rooms were dirty and no one‘s there the twins check was at 3:30. I was there at 2:30 no one was able to answer any questions. Staff didn’t know anything that was going on. They were more than 25 customers waiting for a room for hours travel to get there to have to go back home. They didn’t have towers and they didn’t have no clean rooms.

The cleaning staff cant read the sign that says do not disturb not just once but twice, then since they wanted to clean so bad i called guest service to let them know well be gone for a while to come back to an untouched room.
