Living is easy at this luxury 3 bed, 3.5 bathroom 2 story condo at the Waterside condos in Lakeside, MT! This home has 2 master en suites plus a 3rd bedroom making it perfect for traveling friends or a multi-generational family group. The location is walkable to restaurants, shops in Lakeside and a short drive to winter activites at Blacktail Ski Mountain, boat launch and Marina right next door and a dock to tie up to located at the condo complex!

This spacious 2 story condo has a main level master en suite with a king bed and desk with chair, guest half bath, open concept living/dining/kitchen with a covered deck and views directly to Flathead Lake. Upstairs has a loft with a shuffle board table, double sized futon, another master en suite with queen bed and another bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom across the hall.

You can fly into Glacier International Airport (FCA) and it's a short 30 minute drive through Kalispell to get to the condo. You drive by multiple grocery stores, including Costco in Kalispell on your way! Rent a car at the airport providers or via Turo well in advance of your visit when coming during the summer.

Guests are required to sign the rental agreement upon booking.

Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises. A violation of this Airbnb house rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests (and any visitors) from property without refund. If there is a disturbance with more than the occupants specified in the listing, a $50 per guest fine will be charged.

Guests shall remove shoes when inside home.

No eating of food in bedrooms

Indoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. Dragging chairs/tables on hardwood floors will leave scratches on flooring.

A $200.00/ per day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after guest checks out.

Any damage made to property or furnishings will be billed to the guest and will be reported to Airbnb.

If guest decides not to follow any of our Airbnb house rules, and which triggers a refund/ discount to the next guest, you will be responsible for any loss of income by host.

We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. If garbage disposal is damaged or clogged by guest, the guest will be charged for a plumber’s time to un-clog or install a new garbage disposal (if needed).

All items in the home including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will charged to the guest.

We want all of our guests are to be respectful of neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum while outside. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate property without any refund.

Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. We have provided makeup specific microfiber wash cloths for your convenience. We understand things happen sometimes, please let the host know of any issues or damages to reduce the chance of being charged.

At sole discretion of host, an additional cleaning fee of $100 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.

Quiet but Close to Adventure, Food and Music
What an incredible location and view! Lakeside has everything you need all within walking distance and is in close proximity to Whitefish and Glacier National Park making it the perfect location. The condo's unobstructed view of Flathead Lake with the Swan and Mission Mountain ranges as the lake's backdrop is stunning! The condo itself is fully furnished with everything you'd need and incredibly spacious. Can walk to great restaurants and listen to live music making the location an added bonus! Definitely 5 stars and will certainly be returning.
