I booked the wrong night refused to give refund. Then rebooked and the room I was given was occupied then got a room you were unable to leave because the lock was broken. You need a crow bar to get back in. It was the worst hotel stay. And don’t use Expedia. They refused to give me any money for my booking that was booked for the wrong day and I never stayed

Dangerous facility. Warning about keeping door lock and dead bolted when in room. I didn't mind as a single man. The room itself was fine. Bed very comfortable and quiet. Amazingly quiet A/C for this light sleeper. No amenities in the room and no breakfast, but Bod Evans and Denny's right next door was great.

I called ahead of my arrival. The phone rang for over 30 minutes no answer. Arived at 6:30 the say they did not have my room i was forced to book another room thru anothernooking site at a higher price than it i had resered it. Very disappointed will not book Motel 6 again. Cost me money and very inconvenient

We had a confirmed Expedia reservation. We arrived at 10 pm and told that our room had been given away. Ee tried for an hour to find a hotel. Ended up sleeping in our car at the ballfield where we umpired 8 straight games that day and will be doing another 6 today Expedia looked into it and refunded our money. Absolutely unacceptable.

When I arrive to hotel on the front desk, lady, tell me they don’t have my reservation from hotel.com after over our check was going down with my reservation talking to people from hotel.com. I end up sleeping in my car thank you hotel.com. I wish your people are gonna have the same experience when they’re gonna go somewhere.

Omg, i couldn't check in till almost 4pm. They had to use a crow bar to open my door. So i couldn't leave. And the servi e desk didn't seem to care. Very bad experience

The desk clerk stated he had no record of my stay though I had a printed copy with confirmation, date, address, everything. He said he could not find me so I left. there was a long line waiting to check-in, the Hotel wanted to charge more since there was many in line to pay more than mine. Then later that day the manager called and apologized for not having any rooms.I there was no record of my stay, how did the manager get my phone number, they lied and used my reservation to have another stay at higher prices

Do I start with cockroaches all over the room and the bathroom? Crawled on the bed! Or the mold? Or the room door with the broken lock? Extremely noisy AC is nothing compared to those above.
