Extremely dirty, roaches crawling on the counters. Prostitutes coming out of rooms the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. They didn't even have enough towels for people to dry off with when you get a shower.

I evacuated to this hotel during Hurricane Milton. The staff was kind and caring, despite anxious people all around. My room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kudos to all the staff!
