The other side tenants may be using their fire pit. You are allocated 4 chairs per pit. Please do not take more than that as the other side has equal rights to the same amount of chairs)
- The Laundry is in the shed that is located right behind your unit.

- Driveway: Please do not block the driveway! We only have one way in and out. It has to be shared entry by both tenants. (You will be given a dedicated spot for parking in the back, on the concrete pad. Please do not park any where else on the driveway in as it will block other guests from getting in and out. No parking is allowed on the road. We are not responsible for any tickets given for doing so)

- A few trash bags + one in the can upon arrival
