Nestled in the quaint village of Speculator, NY on Lake Pleasant, this cozy retreat is perfect for your Adirondack getaway! Just 5 minutes from Oak Mountain and 40 minutes from Gore Mountain, our cozy home is the perfect base for outdoor adventures year-round. Whether you're into skiing, snowmobiling, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, or simply relaxing, this space offers it all.

Our home features 3 spacious bedrooms with a total of 8 beds, accommodating up to 14 guests. 3 queen beds, 2 extra-long single beds, and 3 full futons (2 in game room, 1 in bedroom). The Living Room is equipped with a SmartTV, furnace, and designated workstation. The Game Room has a pool table and ping-pong. The backyard has a deck with a grill and outdoor seating. There is a firepit as well (note: firewood not provided, but there are plenty of places in the area that supply it).

Private lake access (shared with street) is just a short walk away, where you can enjoy kayaking, canoeing, or paddle boarding. For swimming and sunbathing, please use the public beach, which is just a 3 minute drive from the property.

Our property also has easy and direct access to the snowmobiling trails on Lake Pleasant.

Guests have full access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including the deck, grill, and firepit. You’ll also have access to the private lake, shared with the street, which is perfect for kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding. The docks are off limits. The garage/shed is off limits.

***HOUSE RULES***
- We ask that you be mindful and considerate of the local residents during your stay. Please respect quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM.
- Our home is smoke-free, so we kindly ask that guests refrain from smoking anything of any kind inside the house.
- We are working vigorously to keep little critters out. Please don't eat in the bedrooms.
- No pets.
- The garage is off limits.
- No house parties.
- No unexpected guests.
- Do not use closet in upstairs bathroom. For housekeeper only.
- Please do not bring white bathtowels outside or to beach/lake. For bathroom use only.
- Please use private lake for canoeing, kayaking, or paddle boarding. Large groups (more than 6 at a time) CANNOT loiter on beach. If you would like to sunbath or swim, please use public beach (3 minute drive from property).
- Please be respectful of the locals and private beach rules. The docks are off limits as they belong to the residents.
