Living Area:
The open and inviting living area is the heart of the lake house. Relax on the comfortable sofas while taking in the panoramic lake views through the expansive windows. The living area also features a dining table where you can savor meals with view Lake Hammock.

Kitchen:
Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. It includes modern appliances such as a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The kitchen also features ample counter space and a dining table where you can enjoy your meals.


Master Suite:
The beautifully decorated master suite offers a serene atmosphere with panoramic views of the lake. It features a king-sized bed.

Bedroom 2 & 3:
Our charming guest bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed and boasts large windows that fill the room with natural light. This room offers a peaceful retreat with its tasteful décor and a view of Lake Hammock

Bedroom 4: Perfect for families or larger groups, the fourth guest bedroom is furnished with twin-sized beds. It offers a cozy and inviting ambiance, with ample storage space and a pleasant view of Lake Hammock.

Bathrooms:
The lake house features two well-appointed bathrooms. Their is a master bathroom joining to half Bath. The second bathroom is conveniently located for guests and is equipped with a shower/tub combination. Fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided for your comfort and convenience.

Step outside and experience the true beauty of lakeside living. The lake house offers a deck that extends the water views, allowing you to fully appreciate the breathtaking views. Our lakeside haven is nestled in the town of Lake Park, GA. It offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently located near local attractions, shops, and dining options. Explore the close by nature trails, indulge in water sports, or simply relax by the lake. Valdosta downtown area is just a short 15 MINUTE drive away, shopping, restaurants , and local entertainment.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use the designated outdoor areas if you need to smoke. Additional cleaning fees will be applied if evidence of smoking indoors is found.

Respect Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of other residents and neighbors, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM. Keep noise levels low during these times.

Pets Policy: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in our home due to potential allergies and sensitivities. We appreciate your understanding.

Guest Limit: The reservation is confirmed for the number of guests specified in the booking. (Max 8 People) Please notify us in advance of any additional guests or visitors. Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior approval.

Great spot on the lake
Nice little spot on the lake, would love to come and enjoy it during the cooler months. I left a nice little oscillating fan on the porch for the next summertime guest.
