Nestled among the tree tops, this unique octagon shaped home has plenty of amenities, including the use of 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool (with a sauna & hot tubs), tennis courts and a volley ball/basketball court all within in a small village setting. This is a home with all the amenities of a condo!

This freestanding home home has two levels and features include a large Master Suite with a Queen bed & private bath, Guest Bedroom with a Queen bed, and a sofa sleeper in the living area, plus a full kitchen, extra half-bath, dining area and is located just a short walk from one of the three outdoor pools.

The perfect location for a group stay as we have multiple homes located within the Tree Top Village community allowing for groups of up to 28 guests.

Tree Top Village is located on Horseshoe Bend/Lake Ozark and by water at the 12.5 mile marker next to the Four Seasons Cove Golf Course and is also close to restaurants, attractions and shopping including the 80 store outlet mall. There are no elevators on the property. This unit has approximately 27 steps to the unit.

Nostalgic Villa
The property is not a modern/cut and paste condo. It is a step back in time that has quirky features. It is well kept, clean and met the needs of our group.

I was very disappointed when we arrived we were supposed to have a unit by the water instead we got 1 with a view of some trees and golf course when I booked the unit it said and showed pics of this particular 1 by the water.. very disappointed . The unit itself was pretty cool loved the spiral staircase! But the TV in the living room didn't work, the water didn't stay warm for long and the cleanliness was so so , we found hair in the tubs still , and crumbs on the floor Staff was friendly!
