Unlock premium lake access with 90 feet of waterfront, allowing you to dive directly into the water from your private dock, or launch your boat from the private slip.

The Space:
The Solstice comfortably accommodates 10 guests across 4 bedrooms with premium Milton mattresses and high-quality Brooklinen bedding. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the entry level, and an additional bedroom and bathroom off of the living room downstairs, at lake level.

Perfect for large groups and family gatherings, the living room boasts a fireplace and ample seating for cozy nights together, and luxury amenities including a fully stocked kitchen, high end linens and towels, smart TVs, and fast gig internet. Every Boutiq home is fully equipped with a stocked chef's kitchen with top of the line appliances, making it the perfect space to prepare unforgettable meals.

A large deck with barbecue invites you to relax into one of the adirondack chairs or dine al fresco while you watch activity on the lake and the sun setting.

The Solstice by Boutiq is where family and friends come together to relax and enjoy the best of life at the lake, while still enjoying all the comforts of home.

Grill and chill, enjoy a movie with your group or gather around the indoor fireplace while you take in views of the lake.

A large driveway and 2.5-car garage provide ample parking for guest vehicles, and the 12” x 30” private dock and 12” x 16” swim platform provide direct access to the lake.

Guest Access:
Guests will enter through the front door with a lock code sent the morning of check-in. Guests have access to the entire home and property, including the dock.

The Neighborhood:
The Solstice is located immediately next to the Lake of the Ozarks near the Village of the Four Seasons. The home is situated lakeside, and near many great hiking and biking trails, boat launches, golf courses and much more!

Getting Around:
Rental cars are highly recommended, as ride-share services in the area are limited.

Other Things to Note:
1) This home is dog-friendly!
Once your booking is confirmed and you have let us know the number of dogs traveling with you, you'll receive a payment request for the dog fee of $150 for the first dog and $50 per additional dog (maximum 5 dogs total), plus any applicable taxes. The dog fee is non-refundable and helps ensure dog-related allergens are cleaned for future guests. Please note that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds, and there may be extra cleaning costs if excessive dog hair is found that cannot be removed through standard cleaning methods. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any pets other than dogs.

2) Cameras:
Outdoor cameras are used for security purposes and are checked only in case of emergency. Cameras are not used to monitor guest behavior, nor do they face inside the home. Locations: doorbell camera, above the back door, and above the garage.

3) Coffee:
All Boutiq homes provide a drip coffee maker along with premium ground coffee. This home does NOT have a Keurig.
