First impressions - property management kept giving check in info little by little, ie. regarding check-in time, parking locations, parking passes. We found this frustrating. Secondly, the place was not that clean, ie. the bathroom counters, around faucets, and floors, carpets. My kids feet were filthy dirty the entire time. Also, there wasnt handsoap in all the bathrooms and this was a problem as well. Third, one out of the four sliding doors in the unit would not lock. When it was mentioned to property management, they apologized and said the building was settling, BUT that was just covering up for the fact that it looked like that particular door was busted open. It was in really bad shape, not just from the building settling, it looked as though there was forceful entry that damaged it. As far as the amenities, the pools were fantastic, the owner of the condo had plenty of dishware for us to use, but again very little dish soap to clean with. My family and I still had a fantastic time and that's all that really mattered.
