What happened over the years?
Check in, front desk person was stressed, room faced highway, highway noise is to much for a quiet stay, outer stairway carpet and railings need serious cleaning, east facing entry door need to be fixed, not secure at night. Maintenance issues need to be addressed,

While the staff were very kind and accommodating, this hotel is VERY dated and our room was filthy! Our sheets literally had holes in them. The microwave door handle was held together with duct tape. And the room reeked of stale cigarettes. Those are just some examples … luckily Expedia gave us a refund and we were able to find another hotel nearby that was in much better shape. I do not recommend this hotel.

Although the front desk staff were pleasant and customer service was great, the actual facilities need to be renovated. The hallways were filthy and many parts of the room were cracking and falling apart. The last straw was finding hairs in the towels, I had to leave and checked into another hotel.

Would go back
It only does room cleaning after 7 days of staying but you can do yiur own laundry but if you need towels you have to turn in old likeany other place. Location was nice and so was staff. I would stay again
