One of the bedrooms has a King Sized Bed, three bedrooms have Queen Sized Beds, and there is 1 Sofa Bed that turns into a Queen Sized Bed, another sofa bed that turns into a twin sized bed, a very comfortable Queen Sized Air Mattress (w/ automatic pump) so we can host a large group very comfortably!

We also have a Pack N Play & high chair for the little ones!

seven of us college friends in our 50s met in Lake Lure for a week. The house manager and contact Sean was outstanding. He answered questions for me before hand that I had, and was very attentive. The first thing I noticed about the house is it wasn’t the unit that was pictured in the listing. I’m sure the other unit was the same other than the furniture but it definitely felt a lot smaller than pictured. the only real issue we had with the house is that it wasn’t really stocked well. For a house that sleeps eight there should be at least eight glasses. They were no wine glasses and no blender so definitely was not ideal in that respect. Sean was very helpful when we didn’t have soap upstairs offering to pay if we bought some . The outside porch was only big enough for one or two people to be at a time so again not ideal in that we didn’t have an outside space to hang. there’s also a small ant issue near the television. One of us had our laptop there and ants got all inside of it.. overall, the unit was fine -definitely dated but it did the job!

Ladies Golf Getaway
Our previous ladies golf trip we usually stay in hotels. This trip we decided to stay in a house and it was perfect! We had such a great time hanging out and playing games after our golf game. The location of Apple Valley and Bald Mountain courses are within 5 min. Sean was always quick to respond on any questions I had before and during our stay. Great recommendations on restaurants. Everyone really enjoyed the house and thought it was a perfect setting for our group. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about this property. The listing is accurate but the pictures do not do it justice. The beds were comfortable. Water temperature and pressure was great. The check in process was easy and seemless. The home wifi was fast and reliable. The only issue I had was receiving the check in information the day of which was due to my phone having 5G service which was not great in that area so make sure you provide the owner an additional contact number in case you run into a similar issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Peace and quiet. Over all it was a very quiet stay.
We attended a wedding in the area but realized when we arrived at the house that we would have more then plenty to do & enjoy with out the wedding. So we could enjoy both our stay & wedding. We all enjoyed the walking, hiking and watching the wild turkeys. Peaceful!

The townhouse was in a perfect location to golf courses, restaurants, grocery store, etc -- beautiful location! The common areas were a little small for 6 people but we made it work. The one big negative is that there were 2 of us that had a problem with the front stairs. I fell the 1st day but was low enough that the wall caught me so only minor scratches and bruises. The other person fell today and was not able to catch himself. Thankfully, no broken bones. I would suggest this be rectified before the next guests arrive. At the Biltmore House, they have tape or paint where the stairs change or end... It may not be asthetically pleasing but... Also, we noticed some ants while we were there. Other than a few minor things, the house was great.

If you plan to get away and want to be in the middle of no where this place is for you. If you want to play golf every day then this place is perfect. If you do not want to be 20 minutes from town and a winding road to get down to the heart of Lake Lure then you may want to keep looking. The unit is big. 3 floors. It is certainly not perfect but the owners do a nice job. Communication is PERFECT. There is a supermarket fairly close but you need to find it. Unit has every cooking supply you need. Beds and sheets are incredible. There is a TV in the basement, first floor and master bedroom. If the owners put a few bucks into minor repairs I would give it 5 stars. Pro Tip: go to the restaurant LEGENDS. It is the only close restaurant. You can go there to rent boats and hang at the beach. Place is very cool, Don't forget to go to Chimeny Rock, the Flowering Garden Bridge, and have lunch in Chimeny Rock. Great place.
