The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. When connecting to the internet, I was asked to provide a review. I provided feedback that I could hear the neighbours because there was an adjoining door between the rooms, and although I wasn't bothered by it, I mentioned that it would be good if the listings showed that some rooms had this adjoining door set up. Within minutes of submitting the feedback, reception called my room and offered to move me to another room. They were so lovely and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. When checking out they asked what I was doing for the rest of my trip - after mentioning where i was going, they provided me maps and advice to stay safe on my travels and to get the most out of my road trip. Would highly recommend this for your next stay in Lake Louise!

Good choice for the Village
This was a combo work/pleasure trip. We stayed two nights as part of my wife's birthday weekend. I asked about any add ons for her birthday and was provided a bottle of wine and upgraded room. She was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the extras. Restaurants were good with a nice evariety of choices. All was excellent. The service from the staff was very good and professional. We will be sure to return.
