The property is beautiful, however my luggage was forgotten about and took over 30 minutes to arrive to my room. I had arrived late in the evening and was trying to catch the kitchen before the restaurant stopped serving dinner. The phone in my room also was broken and the ice machine not working.

2 minutes walked to Lake Louise , view is magnificent, great and excellent location. Jasper is very nice and professional when he checked in for us . Communication is great before check out. The view from my room is speechless, but the bed is not that comfortable. Coffee and croissant in the lobby are both very expensive but not taste that good . Over all good experience to stay and pricey

I have stayed at every fairmont hotel in Alberta and this property is the best one, the rooms are updated, the property is beautiful and fun to explore, the walk around the lake and surrounding areas are gorgeous, and the staff are some of the friendliest and most willing to go the extra mile.
