Loved our stay here! The front desk clerk was so sweet and ver kind. She allowed us to check in over the phone since we were have car issues and would be in late. Rooms were clean and very comfortable! Complimentary breakfast was delicious! Thank you for great service!

Very happy with our stay
Kimberly was exceptionally good and compassionate since we were there due to our mom’s passing. This is the second time we’ve stayed there and will be back 11/30-12/3 for her celebration of life. The water pressure was not very good. Otherwise, we were very satisfied.

This place was clean, easy to access from the highway, and the staff was friendly. I’d definitely stay here again. Also, the air conditioner kept the room nice and cool (which is a must-have for Havasu!)

Hotel was super nice. My only problem that I have it was not clean at all I went to the store to get cleaning supply because on the bathroom, I found a lot of hair and it smells really bad. I really think they should check the room before they give it to a customer other than that I have no complain. The food was really delicious and the front desk She was really nice.
