Welcome home to this classic Mid Century Modern McCulloch compound. Originally built by the famed founder of Lake Havasu Robert P. McCulloch as a lake view compound to house family and friends. This home has been lovingly restored to suit the needs of today's traveling families while maintaining the original charm of a classic McCulloch Lake Havasu home. Large fully remodeled pool and deck area in the front of the home is set up on the hill to take full advantage of the beautiful lake views and incredible sunsets.

The home is set up as 2 homes in one which is ideal for multiple families traveling together. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with large open family room/kitchen/dining area with lots of windows overlooking the lake. Upstairs we also have 72" Smart tv and electronic basketball game for guests to enjoy.

There is plenty of boat and RV parking at the home as well as lots of outdoor areas to enjoy. We are about 12 minutes to downtown and the London Bridge area and about 5 minutes from the grocery store, coffee shops and eating options.

View of Havasu

The view is awesome from this house! The lake just a few miles away. Nice jacuzzi and pool. 5 bedrooms and 3 baths with lots of space. You can even shoot hoops indoors! (Chucky cheese type hoops).

Wonderful place

The hosts were amazing!!!! They were so easy to deal with and very helpful when I needed help with operating the spa. This place fit our needs perfectly. The downstairs family room allowed us night owls to talk well into the night, while the early birds got to bed early upstairs!!!! Backyard views of lake so calming. Sunsets from Spa even better. Place is a bit dated but super clean n comfy, and you can’t beat the views or the hosts. We will definitely stay here again
