There are some good things and then just some little things that you might expect from a hotel that wasn't available.
Beautiful lobby and rooms. Fun decor and a nice hotel overall.
Little things... they didn't have a microwave which i needed. My husband called the front desk to ask if there was one available to come down a use. We were informed they don't have one. We also had some items we were going to refrigerator. They do not have fridges in the room either. These are just items you expect in a room.
The light switch for the bathroom is on the outside of the bathroom. At night, if you go to the restroom, the light from the bathroom shines right on the eyes of the people in bed. With the beds need to be moved to other wall or just put the light switch for the bathroom, in the bathroom.
Finally, we needed a few extra minutes to get out in the morning. We called the front and asked if we could checkout an hour later than normal checkout. They said, No. We asked if we could have 30 minutes extra... no again. They said they had a group coming. I understand but not all rooms are cleaned at the same time. This is a nicer hotel and you would expect more for paying more.
