Liked that it was clean and downtown. Did not like the unit (208): open shower stall, no curtain; noisy location; old appliances; cheap, uncomfortable mattress; too much outdoor lighting. Don't like paying the same price for a unit that is not as up-to-date as another we stayed in (252) last year. Please let the owners know of these issues. The swimming pool was also a bit dirty. We've been staying at The Cove since it first opened and this is the first time we've been disappointed.

When we checked in the front desk person did not have any interest in helping us until I said something. Not a hello or anything just talked about the deposit. Got to the room which was a step back into 1994 out dated but clean. However the bed was located by the door very odd . Plus there coffee bar texted us at like 11:45pm to let us know it would be open the next day??? Then there AI texted us twice after that. One night they decided to pull up/replace carpet squares right out side our door at approximately 9:30pm and glue them down. The bed and pillows sucked they were wore out . The in room whirlpool looked like it wasn’t cleaned so we just took showers. When we checked out not a hello a thankyou or nothing as they were more concerned about the finger nail thing that we’re watching on Tic Toc. We WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN there are better ones out there

Great location, but otherwise this was what I would call an average hotel. We were charged a resort fee on top of what we were charged by Expedia. Not sure what that included (the outdoor pool was closed). No other amenities were provided. not even free coffee in the morning.
