Welcome to this new construction brought to you by Lake Geneva Luxury Rentals. This is a brand new home within 1/2 mile walk to the center of downtown Lake Geneva and beautiful Geneva Lake. The house can sleep 8, but when rented with its sister property, the White house, can accommodate groups up to 20. The house is tastefully decorated and features modern amenities throughout. The master bedroom features a king bed, private bathroom with walk in shower and closet. The upper level features two additional bedrooms with Queen beds and a full bathroom. There is additional sleeping space in the unfinished basement featuring a queen size bed. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, gas range/oven, microwave and coffee bar with coffee maker/espresso machine, and plenty of seating for all. You will enjoy the back covered porch which features outdoor furniture and a grill. The home is equipped with a laundry room as well.
