We waited in the lobby for 15-20 minutes waiting to check-in with 2 other guests. Nobody came to the front desk at all during that time. We tried calling while standing there in the lobby and nobody answered the phone either. Other than that, the stay was average.

The room was clean and nice. They had everything inside the room. The cabinets, fridge, electric stove, coffee maker. It feels like home. There was a laundry room which you need to install an app to use it. I’d rather I could use my own credit card because the app needs you to purchase at least $10 credits which might not be used later by me. There was a gym. Everything was great except the mattress was a little soft and hurt my back. Also, they didn’t put a hand washing soap in the bathroom. I had some soap with me and used it. Also, they charged for the parking separately which was not that much. However, it was surprising for this place with lots of parking spaces. I saw parking charges in cities with limited parking spaces such as Baltimore. I’d rather it was included in the fees. The deposit was also higher than other locations with similar price rates. They charged $200 deposit which will hopefully be returned in a few days.

The rooms are newly renovated. I wouldn't say the entire hotel was redone but the most important parts of the room. New bed, new carpet, fresh paint I think. The little details (door frames, cupboards, elevator) are still a bit banged up and haven't been redone. They were still doing some painting in the common areas when I was there so maybe they're working on it. The bed was super comfortable and the room was nice. Some reviews mentioned a strange smell and my room had it too but I only noticed it when I first walked in. Then I got used to it I guess. It didn't seems to be mold but it wasn't normal. I was pretty unbothered by it even though I noticed it every single time I came back. I tried leaving the fan on while I was gone but it didn't help. Most of the staff were very friendly. As long as the room is clean and I feel safe I'm pretty unbothered. I did easily pick out the person mentioned in several reviews just by a conversation I overheard though. Kind of a prickly personality. I would stay here again. Some of the reviews scared me off but I found the worst ones I read not to be true for my experience.

This is a great place for extended stay. Kitchen, bathroom, living room, great amenities. Five washers and six dryers and for free. They even got additional kitchen supplies you can use. Coffee pot, crock pot etc. And remarkably it's cheaper then surrounding facilities.
