Unsafe and dirty
We were traveling to Florida. We arrived late. Reception was polite. When we arrived at our room the door was open. I went back to the front desk and they sent someone up with me to make sure that the room was safe. I asked for another room they said that they were sorry as they were completely booked. A man with a dog got in the elevator with his dog and entered the room across from us. My wife went back to the reception desk and asked if there were rooms set aside for animals. His reply was no as they are pet friendly. My wife then said that she wasn't happy sleeping in a bed that the night before a dog might have been and who knows what they did in that bed. It was 11:00 in the evening or we would have simply left and gone to another hotel. We are in hotel's 40-50 nights per year. Hampton just lost a customer as we will never book with you again given your dirty policy!!

Good hotel for travel
Room was basic. Clean. They had to come fix the air conditioner but they were fast and it worked. Pool was a little dirty, but they had just had a hurricane rip through. Overall a good experience.
