There was no hot water for the shower, I called the front desk and the lady asked me to let the water run since it would take a minute to get hot water. I let it run for 20 minutes and not hot water came out. I felt bad for wasting that much water and I ended up not showering. Next day I tried again and no hot water came out.

Really wonderful little spot. It rained the first night we were there, and then snowed the next. It was really kind of magical and the lady behind the desk (whose name I never got!) was incredibly helpful with helping keep the walkways cleared and answered any questions immediately. The only complaint I would have is about the bed. It's VERY soft and if your partner moves, you feel every bit of that movement. Aside from that, the room was nice, the heater was amazing, the shower was amazing, the little pastries they keep in the lobby were delicious, and it was really just a great time. 10/10 would recommend

Our stay at the Arrowhead Lake inn was lovely. We came up for the night with our pets and enjoyed the amenities and amazing customer service. The location is right next to the Village, no more than a 3 minute walk. The value is fantastic as well.
