Old style hotel staff is good but amenities are very old. Non smoking room smelling like cigarettes. Bathroom is too old . This place needs a lot of renovations to be considered as reasonable 3 stars.

Overall visit was good and most of the staff except Imran on the 3rd floor were very polite. He had seen me quite a few times yet was not professionally polite to my wife who felt insulted when she visited my friend who was a guest on the 3rd floor

Lovely hotel situated opposite the peaceful Jinnah Garden Park and Lahore Zoo. The food, the service, the cleanliness, the swimming pool, the comfort and facilities of the room and the public areas were all to my satisfaction. There was ample choice at breakfast time. If I can bring two items to the attention of the management. Firstly you need a new toaster in the breakfast area. The one you have is useless!! Also I booked a taxi with your recommended server for 9:30am. It didn’t turn up until 10:30, almost causing me to miss my onward connection. There are 1,000’s of taxis in Lahore, so when paying premium taxi prices one expects a taxi when booked, not an hour later. The excuse that the roads were busy is unsatisfactory- especially as no update or apology was offered on the status of my taxi. This almost ruined my stay at your lovely hotel - the taxi that is, not the toaster!! Otherwise keep up the good work, your staff are wonderful.

Overall a good stay. The rooms feel quite dated and there were some cleanliness issues with the room (sticky residue on the floor in front of the closet and some particles in the bathtub). The air conditioner was quite loud. Pillows and bed were comfy. The driver who picked us up was excellent, and was waiting patiently for us at the airport arrivals. The ride to the airport was smooth and quick, just like the check in. Interactions with the staff were always courteous, although sometimes they would take their time to fulfill a request.

Good and cooperative staff. Hotel needs renovations. very old elevators, furniture and TV. Shower appears to be at least 50 years old. Unlike Avari in Karachi, the breakfast offered must be improved. Same food everyday. Tea offered is very bad due to over boiling, has no taste or aroma

5 star hotel as per service but 2 star as per room conditions. Property needs a major renovation to qualify for a 5 star. But if you’re looking for a vintage 5 star hotel from the past then this is it. It will show you how 5 stars hotels were in the past like 30 years ago. 😄
