Welcome to Kapalua Ridge Villa 612. This large 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1125 sq ft condo features an open floor plan with a large private shaded lanai. Admire Honolulu Bay, sunsets, whale watching, sailboats, & more. This condo has ocean views from the lanai, living area, dining area, & kitchen. The unit can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The pool is a few steps away & there is a walk path that leads you all the way down to the resorts/beach. Kapalua Ridge Villas is coastal Luxury at it's best.

Over 1100 sqft inside this 1 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, not including the 2 lanai.

Master Suite: King size bed, plenty of storage, private lanai, window AC, Smart TV with cable , work desk area, and ensuite bathroom with soaking tub/shower.

Second bathroom: Located in the common area this full bathroom features a walk in shower, single sink vanity, toilet, more closet space, and the in unit washer/dryer.

Common area: Open floor plan with plenty of seating including a sofa sleeper, love seat couch, 2 sitting chairs with ottoman, dining table, breakfast bar, and window AC unit.

Lanai: This large private shaded lanai includes a dining table for 4 people and 2 lounge chairs to enjoy the ocean views. There is also party lights out there for some night ambiance.

There is one designated parking space(free) and visitor parking on site.
NOTE: You do have to walk down a few stairs to get to the unit from the parking space.

Excellent decor, great views. My wife really loved the decor. We stayed at 2 of the Ridge Villas during a 2 week stay. We prefer this villa over the other we stayed at. Clean and very well stocked with everything needed. Just a lovely location that we've already recommended to others. Mahalo!
