We had an issue with the dryer. Ripped half my clothes so we had to go spend money on a whole new wardrobe. Wi-Fi didn’t work for our entire stay. We emailed, called and nobody would answer. Took them 2 whole days to respond and send someone to fix the dryer. Never fixed the issue with the Wi-Fi. Poorly managed. Didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience the dryer caused or try to make it right.

The deck is amazing and large. The view is outstanding. Condo was large enough for our party of six and the living room area is spacious enough for everyone to hang out. There was a closet full of stuff like a cooler whoch we used, snorkel gear, and misc other things. Master bed is large with a huge double sink bathroom and large shower. The room with the twin beds also had its own bath and shower

Do Not go to this property until the construction is completed. Also do not let Dan tell you the construction noise and dust fumes is minor because it is not. I could not hear my husband speak to me inside our condo because the jackhammering of the cement OUTSIDE our door was so loud. Then to top it off when i called Dan at RK maui he played it off that " Well its only from 9am to 4pm" REALLY??. I'm yelling on my phone to you at the top of my voice over the jackhamming and drilling and you THINK THIS IS OK? No sir, you did not say the construction and fumes would be so bad i could not be at my condo for 7 hours out of the day. I flew 13 hours and paid in advance for THIS? Wow. You should be ashamed of yourself. If it wasnt for expedia stepping in i would have cried the entire 10 days. Then RK Maui has the nerve to not want to let me go somewhere else. I told you there was construction. Yes you did but said it would not affect my stay and that no one has complained. Another lie. 4 couples checked out, 2 the night before from the horrible noise and smell and 2 more the same day i did. Thank heaven Expedia got me to a quiet normal location. I would lost part of my sanity without Expedia to help me. Gods honest truth. Shame on you RK Maui. I made sure to document the scene and have actual video of the noise and the and the the work being done in front of my suite.

Everything about our stay was great. Communication from the owners was clear. The location was convenient to Kaanapali, Napili, and everywhere on West Maui. The unit is clean and we watched whales from the balcony every morning. Thank you for a lovely stay!
