Very clean bathrooms, nice place to stay for an overnight or a weekend visit by yourself on a budget. only 2 pillows instead of 4 on queen bed. Not the place you want to take your wife for a vacation. Property is dated, its more of a old motel, right on highway no yard, no veiw, 65 steps down to beach with a 5 min walk. Beach location is cool at cresent point, can walk down beach to valleyball courts downtown beach area in 10 min walk , also has a nice overlook just 5 min walk .

Nice little motel, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Very clean room, comfortable bed. Modern bathroom fixtures. Would definitely start there again.

Come here once a year to get out of Vegas. Everyone is always friendly, it’s quiet, real short walk to the beach. I’ve been coming to this place for a few years now and always will continue too.

I enjoyed everything about my one night stay here. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and quiet... plus it was a short walk to a beautiful beach! I'll definitley be staying here again.

The manager's sal was wonderful.He was always available and very gracious host.He offered unlimited amenities at no extra charge.And he hasn't made me a hot cup of his famous chi tea one morning

Generally a good, clean place but showing its age. I think we paid more than we should have. The shower door in our room did not close properly so you had to be careful or you would have a wet floor to step out on. Sal in the office was great and accommodating. He had great tips on where to go to the beach, take the trolley into town and catch the sunset.

The gentleman at front desk is so nice!!! He explained how to get to beach , a 3 min walk , and how to use the trolley , can’t wait to visit again soon !

We are frequent travelers but it was our first time in Laguna Beach, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Immediately disappointed as we drove up to the hotel. The property is in need of a makeover - or at least a paint job and some basic repairs- and it sits next to a weedy, vacant lot. Not a good look. The room was large-ish, bed fairly comfortable and had a good shower. But the A/C was very loud, and the room just didn't feel fresh or clean enough. Very dark interior. A couple positives: beach/cove area is walkable and they provide towels and beach chairs, and on-site parking is included. Still, I would not stay here again. It's a $100/night hotel room and I definitely felt ripped off.
