The Seychelles' master bedroom is distinguished by its unparalleled views of the beach. Delight in every morning's wakeup looking out over Laguna's stunning coastline and catch beautiful sunsets from bed in the evening. This villa features rich mahogany tones, accented with leather, teak, and bamboo – feeling truly like an extension of the beach itself.
Enjoy an unrivaled view of the ocean from the private, expansive waterfront deck, which runs along the whole face of the villa. This two-bedroom, two-bath accommodation in Laguna Beach includes a jetted tub in the master bath, a gas fireplace, and a barbecue.

​​​​​​​This Villa requires the use of stairs to access. If you need a room or rental accessible without stairs, 14 West Hotel room 51-76 in the south building and villa Rustico and D'Stella at the Retrest have no stairs.

The pool is located at our sister property, 14 West Boutique Hotel, just a few blocks away. It is heated to 80 - 82 degrees from March through November.

Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. No Cats Allowed.

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500. If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

A $35 Parking Fee plus taxes per night/per vehicle will be collected at time of check in.

Rentspree Application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.

great getaway
steps leading to Seychelles, pretty steep. Overall, would stay here again. Breathtaking views. Accommodations were better than expected. Fully and well furnished with everything you need for a memorable time. BBQ was leaking gas pretty bad, so we couldn't bbq. Oven needs a little tweeking, but we improvised.
