REFUSED TO ACCEPT I HAD A PAID BOOKING
This hotel refused admission till l paid again even though l had my confirmed booking and receipt from Hotels.com. I had to pay another 60,000 naira for a tiny room with a single bed . l had booked a double delux room with breakfast. They are scammers.. I contacted Hotels.com and they tried to contact the hotel but could not get any answer. I have not received any refund up to now from Hotels.com or the hotel. This is theft and totally unacceptable

This property is really good, minus the bad roads to get there. The breaksfast and facility itself is really good. It's worth every penny, go check them out. My husband and I enjoyed our stay there. The staff is friendly and professional as well..

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Neighborhood is very safe. But I was very disappointed that no internet service was available during my entire stay despite the repeated promise to fix the problem.

Just one of those days
The whole facility needs an upgrade and the service needs to get better especially the guys at the kitchen. I enjoyed having the guy at the bar around cause he has a way of making our stay worthwhile. The lady at the front desk is an asset did a very commendable job to make me stay an extra night after the first days horror. In all I will rate MSquare a 5 over 10.

The staff was helpful... The hotel could be updated. There should be more than one set of keys for hotel rooms. Staff is super loud in the mornings.During my stay, i had to keep switching rooms. I would not recommend this place.

Restaurant staff was great, very helpful, but front desk manager was not great. Tried to put me in a room that was below the level I paid. When I protested, he claimed that he was placing me in a room "to rest while waiting." I had to wait for the room I booked to be ready.

The Hotel has the worst service record of any hotel i ever stayed in. The staff were rude and acted as if you were disturbing them with your request for a wifi code. Frankly, I dont know how they got a 3 Star rating. They were so slow its embarrassing. I wont stay there if its the last hotel available. There was no manager on Duty or they refused to call the manager? The only reason they have any clients is cos they are the low priced but guess you get what you pay for, Appalling!!

Room 102 very disappointing with no ventilation
Unfortunately I was given a room 102, this room had a shower with no window and also no ventilation, there were mould and black stuff on the bathroom, unfortunately because I checked in after 11pm, I was so tired and I just wanted to go to bed to sleep. The following day I spoke to the manager who gave me a room upgrade which was a nice gesture. But unfortunately there were issues with this room as well. Also at breakfast, I was told breakfast was for one when my booking said breakfast was for two. This similar thing happened when I visited in May, so it was very disappointing to have waiters harassing you, because I basically lost my appetite and left the breakfast room. I have raised some of the issues but it is my hope that other customers do not experience this and can validate if there has been improvement after this stay and review was left. I surely do like to stay in Ikeja during my visit and I hope I can leave a more positive review by my next visit
