It is a beautiful hotel aesthetically nice with great security but it is filthy! The whole 12th floor smells of strong damp we asked to have our toom changed due to the strong smell. We were given a humidifier which leaked despite us telling the hotel my son had asthma and we couldnt stay in the room.it took over 3 hours for them to eventually move us after multiple calls to recasking gor an update. We were not mived until after 2am with a child. Both rooms were firty, dusty, toothpaste marks on mirrors and the yoilet and shower doors look like they havent been cleaned in years. They are full of soap, dirt, and water marks. Thisis nota 5 star hotel. it's a 3 star if that.

This property will overcharge you and not refund your money. I paid for the reservation on Expedia and they charge MORE than the entire amount on the card that I left for incidentals. I have spent 4 hours and over a month trying to get this resolved from both Expedia AND the hotel to no avail. Buyer beware.
