Villa San Juan is a wonderful 4-bedroom holiday home in a quiet residential location near the centre of Carvoeiro. Sleeping 9+4 people, with a large private swimming pool, an amazing spacious garden and within walking distance to all amenities, villa San Juan is an excellent choice for families looking to enjoy a holiday in Carvoeiro.

The property has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. On the first floor is 1 double bedroom and a separate bathroom, as well as fitted wardrobes and a wonderful terrace. On the ground floor there are 2 more double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), 1 triple bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a guest W.C.

The ground floor also houses the living areas with a separate kitchen, fully equipped with all the appliances you may need during your holiday (including an oven, electric hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, breakfast table and laundry facilities), and a spacious and comfortable living/dining room, with direct access to the relaxing outdoor area. Outside you can enjoy sunbathing on the sunbeds and refreshing dips in the private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra), delighting both children and adults.

This impressive villa is perfect for entertaining family and friends, and includes a traditional barbeque, an exterior dining table where you can enjoy al fresco meals and an exterior games area for playing snooker and table tennis by the pool. There is also on-site parking for up to 1 car.

With an exceptional location in Carvoeiro, you’ll have many amenities within a short walk including a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the beautiful sandy beach of Praia de Carvoeiro. For golf-lovers, there are several golf courses in the area, the closest being only a 5-minute drive away.

Car Hire is advisable, should you wish to hire a car, we can help you with your request. Other options of transportation are the local bus and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year:

From November 1st to March 31st: €1 per person per night.
From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: €2 per person per night.
This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
