The house in the typical Portuguese villa style has been recently renovated. The private pool and the pool terrace are new. The pool has a heater and a counter current system. The house has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. In addition, up to 2 people can sleep in the living room on a pull-out sofa. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes and are comfortably furnished. The bathroom has typical Portuguese tiles, 2 marble sinks, toilet, bidet and a tub shower. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a beautiful fireplace with insert that can heat the house on chilly days. A satellite flatscreen TV has a number of international channels. Additionally there is a dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and a gas stove. In summer, air conditioning can be used for a fee. From the living room sliding glass doors lead to the terrace with seating for 12 people, ideal for having breakfast or relaxing dinner while enjoying the sunset.
