Die Anlage ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und wurde seitdem auch nicht mehr renoviert. In unserer Ferienwohnung ging teilweise das Licht nicht. In der Küche tummelte sich eine Ameisenplage, die sich mit Begeisterung auf alle Lebensmittel gestürzt hat. In der Küche lagen die benutzten und muffig riechenden Abwaschlappen vom Vorgänger sowie ein kleiner Rest einer mehrfach verdünnten Fit-Flasche für uns bereit. Das Badezimmer ist sehr veraltet. Es riecht unangenehm aus den Abflüssen und die Armatur in der Dusche kann nur sehr schwer reguliert werden, sodass man zwischen verbrennen oder kalt Duschen wählen muss. Die Zufahrt auf den dazugehörige Parkplatz wird durch eine Schranke verhindert, die sich während unseres einwöchigen Urlaubs nur zweimal öffnen ließ, sodass wir im Umkreis nach einem Stellplatz suchen mussten. Das einzig positive war der Blick aufs Meer und die gute Lage (ca 2km von der Innenstadt von Carvoeiro entfernt). Die Gegend ist traumhaft, jedoch würde ich die Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen.

...alles in allem schön!
...der Vermieter hat sich grosse Mühe gegeben uns zufrieden zu stellen! ...nach Anlaufproblemen und einigen sehr berechtigten Kritiken lief alles rund! ...das Schafsofa, ok!? ...man kann es nicht wirklich zum Schlafen benutzen, -auch kaum zum sitzen, aber ansonsten alles recht angenehm gestaltet!! Wir kennen die "Anlage" noch aus Zeiten, als Hotel!...ok, der verwahrloste Pool und der gasamte Bereich dort hätte es nötig, Hand angelegt zu werden oder baulich verändert aber das liegt warscheinlich nicht in der Hand eines eizelnen Vermieters! ...wobei die Gartenanlage gepflegt wird! (Gärtner waren aktiv) ...aber ein traumhafter Blick auf die gesamte Küste bis Cabo de Vincente und dann noch diese traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge überm Atlantico entschädigt schon für Einiges!! ...we love Portugal! ...und seine Menschen dort!! ❤🇵🇹❤
