Put me in a room next to crazy family of kids pounding and slamming the door all night long. Was hard to find the place, and had other people outside in the parking lot partying all night

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay with few frills, this is it. Front desk staff is friendly. But after staying in 3 rooms over the course of two trips to visit family, I'm finally bothered enough to warn people away. There were lots of little things that added up, plus one big thing. The little things: rooms were not completely clean, the hotel was a bit run down with plaster falling off in some places, room keys were deactivated daily, friends of the staff frequently hung out in the driveway in front of the hotel, and breakfast food ran out about 45 minutes before it was supposed to. All that could be forgiven except for the big thing: I was given a room with a peed-in bed. The sheets had been changed, but not the mattress cover or the mattress itself, so it all smelled like urine. I felt like an idiot for not noticing the smell before jumping into bed after a late night. They swapped me to a different room, but that room had candy wrappers on the floor, a used towel, and missing light bulbs. I won't be staying here again.

I stay in Room 205 on the 2nd floor with my wife and kids, constantly all true the night I can hear people loud conversations all through the night, the constant muscle cars racing is one thing , we literally did not sleep that night

The staff was excellent and super friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room we had was big enough for the baby to play. Breakfast was amazing. My only complaint is the carpets in the rooms were so dirty, and I have a baby that crawls, her hands, legs, feet were black after crawling across the room. Other than that we had an excellent stay, and I would stay there again!

Thank goodness we were moved from the first room we were in due to it not having hot water and the bathtub was filthy. The replacement room was wonderful, clean and closer to the front like I wanted. The front desk attendants were extremely nice and helpful. They made the stay worthwhile.

The room had a nasty moldy pod in the coffee pot everything was sticky, sink was dirty so I could only imagine what the bed and sofa bed looked like or the last time it was actually cleaned. I didn’t even stay I checked out not even an hour after checking in.

We were a family of 5. We all came in together. No towels in the bathroom. Apparently the dryer doesn't work well because we had to wait for some 20 mins. Then she gave us 2 floor towels and 1 face towel 1 bath. I went back up to the desk and asked for more towels. She said she didn’t have anymore because no one cleaned them. She eventually went to other empty rooms and found towels. No covers on the pull out sofa. Didn't feel safe at this hotel. Never again.
