I have never been so disappointed in Hilton! The best thing about the stay was David, he was very helpful and friendly at check in.
Mold in shower - after a 5 hour drive we arrived to our room and the shower had mold around the tub and all the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel was empty. We had to go out and purchase cleaning items and buy the necessities, luckily the Walgreens in the corner was still open.
Bathroom unclean - in addition to the mold and the empty bottles there was hair everywhere, I am convinced the bathroom has not been cleaned between guests.
Housekeeping Services/no clean towels - we understand the every other day service however, we felt like we were begging for clean towels. We are a family of 5 and when asked for towels we were given 2 towels. I had to go back and ask for more each day. Our room was cleaned once between Monday and Friday.
Trash Everywhere - there was trash everywhere, by the elevators, in the hallways, and near the vending machines. Without housekeeping guests were leaving trash stacked up everywhere and it stayed for days.
Pets in breakfast area despite the policy- a young lady brought her dog to breakfast and the front desk staff, breakfast attendant, and a member of housekeeping walked right past her and did not say a word. She held her dog while fixing her food, she consistently reached into serving trays and came in contact with the food all with the dogs mouth and nose within inches of the food and drinks.
