There was stained sheets and broken air conditioner and the bathroom was not clean and tub was clogged up. Sink was nasty as well had to ask for sheets and a changed room but room was worse than the first one and nastier .

HORRIBLE! The pictures they have on Google are not accurate at all! King suite was what I booked and I was highly upset when we arrived. Rooms are not located "inside". The room we were in was nasty and dirty. Dead bugs on the floor throughout the room. Bugs crawling on the walls. Bathroom was nasty and dirty. Mirror was filthy. Room looked like it had not been cleaned or dusted. Bad odor in the room. Tub was disgusting. TV didn't work but upon looking, it was not plugged in and neither was the microwave. Plugged in the TV and it needed to be set up so we were unable to even watch TV. Mini fridge was dirty. Phone in the room did not work. We ended up going to a store to buy cleaning supplies to clean and disinfect the room. Bugs were flying out the sink drain. Went to the front desk to complain and to check out and get refund and was told he could not give us a refund that only the manager could. Asked him to call the manager and he said it was too late to contact the manager (it was 8:30 pm). We did check in around 7:30 pm due to getting in town and having to finalize funeral arrangements for thr next day. We were basically stuck having to stay in this nasty room for the night. Immediately the next morning we checked out and got a refund. I showed the front desk clerk all the pictures and videos of the bugs and uncleanliness of the room and all he could do was apologize. Horrible experience to endure during a time where we came for a funeral of our loved one.

This property was unsanitary. I have images upon request. The bed had cigarette burn marks. The TV wasn’t working, the wall paint was peeling from the walls, and had what it seemed internal water damage, since the paint was bubbling. The couch was disgustingly dirty and stained.I went to call the office to report all that, and the phone had visible mold and not even working. I took the phone back to the main office and reported it with the front desk. There was a very nice lady at the front desk that says that will make sure the property manager knows. I ended up sleeping half the night in my car because I was coughing so much due to my allergies to mold. The room was not safe for anyone to stay in.

Some of my linens were very clearly stained. I found a couple dead bugs on the floor. But for $48 a night, what do you expect. Don’t regret staying there, it was just dirty.

This hotel looks horrible it does not look like it looks online false advertisement burn stains on comforters toilet running making loud noise wall outlets broken looks a crackhouse hotel pricing was different from online booking it went up as i offered to pay cash

The staff were very nice. Rooms were clean. Our tv’s screen was going out. The neighbors got a little loud out in the parking lot about 11 pm. But didn’t last to long. I would stay again if I needed to come back there.
