Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nick at the front desk was super nice. Checkout lady super nice- greeted without being prompted. Rooms were clean and smelled clean. All of the staff was friendly, no pressure to hurry and vacate. Kitchen was also friendly. Most important- clean rooms, good bed, good pillows, locks that work.

Above and Beyond
The room was spacious with extra sitting area and sofa, along with comfy beds and spotless bathroom. The best feature, however, came after checkout. I was 45 minutes down the road when I received a call from the hotel. A young lady (I have forgotten her name) informed me that I had left two shirts in the closet and a phone charger on the night stand. She offered to pack up my belongings and ship it to me! A wonderful gesture (I really like that shirt) by a thoughtful staff. The property is nice, but the people make it special. I will be returning next time I’m in Lafayette.

The hotel was amazing. There was a disturbance at the pool. Only 1 young lady working and was left to deal with it late in the evening. The cops had to be called. There was a room that continued to be noisy and gather outside the room even after being told multiple times to please stay in the room and to be quiet. It was in no way the hotels fault but I felt there should be more staff to manage situations and noise control. The hotel and staff were absolutely amazing. This would be a management problem.

Decent stay
Service was excellent at check in & check out. Room was very roomy and comfy but the bathroom/shower was pretty disgusting. The shower had stains all over, broken/cracked shelves. There was even a hole in the wall of the shower.
